OUR SOD INSTALLATION PROCESS...
Step #1: Removal & Disposal
1. We remove the existing lawn using a Sod Cutter or Skid Loader.
2. Once the lawn is removed and we have a soil base, we Roto-Till the existing base to further remove Weeds, Stones, Debris...Etc
3. All of the organic waste is hauled to the local dump, you will NEVER be charged extra dump fees, hidden fees...Etc
Step #2: Premium Soil & Grading
1. Once we have established a clean soil base, we then deliver and install Premium Screened Top-Soil.
2. We Grade and Level the new Top-Soil for appropriate drainage, and a smooth surface.
Step #3: Installation & Maintenance
1. We deliver the Sod Rolls from the Local Farm right to your home.
2. We install the Sod by hand using an interlocking pattern, with meticulous attention to cutting, and seams.
3. We then roll the newly installed sod with a heavy roller, ensuring a permanent bond between Sod and Soil.
4. Post Completion - We provide you with a detailed maintenance program ensuring your new lawn stays Lush, Green, and Weed-Free.
